    功能強大的調制葉綠素熒光成像測量系統

    可利用96孔板同時測量96個微藻樣品,進行毒理學研究或突變株篩選。

    在顯微水平上進行藻類生理研究


    主要功能
    * 對水生植物、珊瑚、大型海藻樣品,或多孔板上的微藻樣品進行熒光成像測量
    * 測量程序包括熒光誘導曲線、快速光曲線、淬滅分析、暗弛豫分析等
    * 自定義感興趣的區域(AOI),數據無限獲取
    * 以第一個AOI(微藻)為對照,軟件自動計算其它所有AOI(有毒物質處理的微藻)的光合活性受YZ的比率
    * 光合橫向異質性的定量分析
    * 熒光圖像可導出為JPEG、PNG或TIFF格式

    應用領域
    微藻、大型海藻、珊瑚、水生植物的生理學研究,特別適于模式種的突變株快速篩選,以及大批量微藻樣品的毒理學研究。

    MAXI-探頭可以與96孔板連用,進行微藻毒理學研究或微藻突變株篩選。
